Refunds & Returns

You may return any goods broken or disturbed through shipping for a full refund within 1 week (7 days) after you receive your order. However, we can’t accept returns on any open or undamaged goods. Please send an email to info@rootskitchencannery.com with the subject “Order Return” to initiate a return. Please include:

• order number

• description of your issue

• photo of the damaged item(s)

We Don’t Use Preservatives

Our products are made with minimal sugar and don’t have any other preservatives, which means that they will be best enjoyed in the first month or so after opening. They won’t last indefinitely. Please eat enjoy them right away!

If your jam does mold you can just scrape it off and enjoy the rest of the jar under it because fruit mold is a relative of penicillin and not harmful.
