The Carrots Are Coming

As we move our way through harvest season we are working hard in the kitchen to capture those seasonal flavors. Our friends over at Amaltheia Organic Dairy are working hard to get us stocked up with carrots for our Curried Carrot Pickles.

Our Curried Carrot Pickles are harvested and processed here in the Gallatin Valley.

It’s part of our mission here are at Roots Kitchen and Cannery to make sure we are not only producing fresh product but have a strong relationship with our community. The relationship we have with Amaltheia Organic Dairy is one of our strongest examples of our efforts to do so. Curried Carrot Pickles not only have a unique flavor but a local one.
