Here in the mountains of Montana and Wyoming we’re lucky to have lots of outdoor spaces to play in, but with that blessing comes a curse. That curse is shorter days during the winter. That limited daylight is precious so we’ve taken it upon ourselves to treat ourselves with sumptuous charcuterie spreads, and we think you should too.

Some of our favorites when it comes to charcuterie boards are a capicola wrapped with one of our Curried Carrots (feel free to substitute any nice cured meat).
