We will replace any broken or disturbed products within 1 week (7 days) after you receive your order. We cannot offer replacements on any open or undamaged goods. Please send an email to orders@rootskitchencannery.com with the subject “Damaged Order” to initiate a replacement. Please include:

Our products are made with minimal sugar and don’t use any other preservatives, which means that they are best enjoyed within the first month after opening. They won’t last indefinitely. Please enjoy them right away!
If your jam does mold after being your your fridge too long, you can just scrape it off and enjoy the rest of the jar under it because fruit mold is a relative of penicillin and not harmful.
